Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders to the Continental 48 states.
Q: Do you ship to places not in the USA?
A: Sorry, we only ship to the Continental 48 states.
Q: Can I change the shipping address on an order I already placed?
A: Yes, as long as it has not yet shipped. Email us at busterpuzzles@gmail.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We process all orders the next day. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so if your order hasn’t been processed. You'll have to e-mail us that you want your order canceled (include the order number for us).
Q: Can I return my order?
A: We are happy to accept returns of un-opened puzzles that still have the shrink-wrap in place. Email us at busterpuzzles@gmail.com for an RMA number.
Q: What ages do you recommend your puzzles for?
A: We recommend our puzzles for adults and teens. The puzzles are also great for family’s with kids. The puzzle pieces can be a choking hazard so we don’t recommend our puzzles for small children.
Q: We're missing a piece/broke a piece from one of your puzzles - can you help?
A: Replacement pieces are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at busterpuzzles@gmail.com.
Q: Can you guys gift-wrap for me? Can I include a gift message?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot gift wrap, but you can add a gift message, by referencing the order ID# and emailing us at busterpuzzles@gmail.com. Prices are not included on our invoices so they can be sent out as gifts.
Q: Where are your puzzles designed?
A: Our artists are local to Colorado as well as our puzzle makers.
Q: What kind of wood do you use?
A: Like 90% of wooden jigsaw puzzle makers, we use plywood. We use a formaldehyde-free plywood. We are moving towards using MDF as it has better consistency and smoothness providing superior cuts and surface printing.
Q: What's a "whimsy piece"?
A: Pieces that are specially shaped are called whimsy pieces. All of our puzzles contain many "whimsy pieces" that are recognizable as an object. For example, Lucky 8 puzzle has pieces shaped like dragons, fish, birds, etc.
Q: Do you do custom puzzles?
A: Only if you're interested in ordering at least 100 puzzles. Email busterpuzzles@gmail.com for pricing. If you are a museum/gallery/artist interested in working with us to design a puzzle using a particular art piece or artist, feel free to pitch us your idea at busterpuzzles@gmail.com.
Q: Can I order your puzzles for re-sale/wholesale?
A: Yes, please email us at busterpuzzles@gmail.com.
Q: Do you sell frames? Can I glue/frame your puzzles?
A We don’t sell frames for the puzzles. However, our puzzles are sized so they will fit into a standard frame that you can purchase most places.
